The statues in the Sharran Sanctuary.

The Sharran Sanctuary is a location found under Reithwin Town in the Shadow-Cursed Lands in Act Two.

Accessing the Sharran Sanctuary

In Reithwin Town, north of the Moonrise Towers waypoint, find the statue of Ketheric Thorm X: -152 Y: -30 and interact with the plaques in the following order: north, west, east.

This opens a hidden staircase on the south side of the statue that leads down into the sanctuary.

The Dark Lady's ritual

Each of the three statues provides a unique Shar blessing until the next Long Rest:

A DC 14  Saving throw for the corresponding Ability is required at each of the statues in order to receive the Dark Lady's blessing(s). Each blessing may only be obtained once. As a cleric of Shar, Shadowheart Shadowheart can bypass the saving throw using a unique dialogue option with guaranteed success. Shadowheart rolls with Disadvantage if the Nightsong has been freed. A Warlock character also gets a special interaction with a bonus to the Charisma check statue.

Succeeding all three saving throws will open a door to a hidden chamber where a sacrificial ritual can be performed (it is not necessary for all three saving throws to be made by the same character).

Interacting with the Shar Altar in the hidden chamber grants the option to perform a blood sacrifice ritual to Shar. Completing this ritual will reveal the scrolls and potions listed below, besides earning approval from Shadowheart. The ritual has no negative side effects.

Stealing the Ritual Dagger of Shar or attacking any of the Statues of Shar, even after the ritual is successfully completed, will trigger combat against a Charismatic Sentinel, a Wise Sentinel and an Intelligent Sentinel Taking the dagger also yields disapproval from Shadowheart unless she's the one picking it up .

If Shadowheart interacts with the statues after freeing the Nightsong, she will have disadvantage on the saving throw(s), which can be countered by having Selune's Spear of Night equipped for advantage, thereby canceling each other out. The Ritual Dagger of Shar will be the only item in the hidden chamber,
