There are six Tipplesome Patrons; three who are a stronger version of the common [[Redcap (creature)|Redcap]] (no bandanna) and three who are a stronger version of the common [[Redcap Blood Sage]] (with bandanna). These redcaps have two main tactics: sages will give {{cond|Bloodlust}} to the multiattackers, and cause {{cond|Bleeding}} on enemies. Bloodlust allows the redcaps to use their multiattack, and {{SAI|Steeped in Slaughter}} gives them {{advantage}} against bleeding targets.

Tipplesome Patron is a type of Redcap in disguise that can be encountered at The Blushing Mermaid in the Lower City during Act Three.

Tipplesome Patrons are Auntie Ethel's piraty Redcap servants in disguise. They will reveal themselves upon being attacked, or when angering Ethel.

There are two variants, Redcap Boatswains (a stronger version of regular Redcaps) and Redcap Mystic Cannoneers (a stronger version of Redcap Blood Sage).
