Martial Arts: Dextrous Attacks is a Monk passive that makes attacks with Monk Weapons and unarmed attacks to scale with Dexterity instead of Strength, if your Dexterity is higher.

Attacks with Monk Weapons and unarmed attacks scale with your Dexterity instead of your Strength if your Dexterity is higher.

Used by creatures: Gish'ra (caster), Gish'ra (melee), Lir'i'c, Lord Amber's Bodyguard, Mask of Terror, Orpheus, Phase, Strangler Luke, and Way of the Profane Ki
Notes
This will override the effect of Shillelagh even if your Wisdom is higher.
