The use of Pack Tactics can allow even their low Attack Roll get a lucky strike or two, which can pile up fast if four gang-up together. With the kobolds also suffering with Firewine Belly, they are all literal bombs waiting to go off along with the fact there are patches of Alcohol Surfaces and Firewine Barrels to spread to.
