I love fighting with daggers. It's so personal. You're close enough to see the light go out behind their eyes.

Involvement[edit | edit source]

Act One[edit | edit source]

Zar'a'ath and several other githyanki youths and children are in the Crèche Classroom, watching their mentor, Kethk Sa’varsh Kethk, goad Varrl Youth Varrl to retaliate.

After the situation with Varrl is resolved, Zar'a'ath resumes training with the other students.

Zar'a'ath seems to relish his classmate's suffering, informing the party that if anyone were to beat up Varrl next, it would be him. If the interacting party member is a githyanki, he offers to help them practice and claims that he will not hurt them much. If the interacting party member is not a githyanki, Zar'a'ath dismisses their combat skills, claiming that they are not even capable of joining their practice.
