At the moment, this is listed on some pages, for example Stunned, in the list of properties, but this is such an important fact that, in my opinion (Pjotr of the East), this could be added to the bullet listing above so that it will be seen also on other pages, for example
Electrified Flail.

For example, Wall of THorns duration is missing.

Most poison damage immune enemies are immune to poison coatings, but, for example, Ketheric Thorm is not immune to Crawler Mucus.

In Prone condition page it is explained well how 2 turn prone + movement reduction will skip character's turn. But sometimes this happens even when moveent is not reduced. Is tis just a bug, or is there some reasonable mechanics behind it?

Sometimes you have 3 turns and someties 2 even though you haven't drunk some other elixir (after which turns will reduce to zero one at a time).

Does this actually work, and if so, how exactly?

This is missing at least form Blind spell. However, there is no such saving throws for Rend Vision of the Wild Shape Crow.
