Anyone know why the auto-select option often picks a crazy number of food value? It tried to use 61 camp supplies just now but we only need 40. — unsigned comment by 198.54.128.150 (talk) 2023.12.31
- The auto select can't unstack items. Even if it only needs one of an item, it has to select the whole stack. It is okay if you have something like 240/40 and hit rest anyway because only up to 40 will be used, give or take a point if the items don't add up exactly. It won't needlessly consume supplies over 40. Addela (talk) 01:52, 1 January 2024 (CET)
- I think it has to do with the stack amount of your camp supplies. My theory is that it takes a random stack and if it is not enough supplies, it takes another stack. If you then have let's say 70/80 it may take a stack containing 50 supplies resulting in 120. Nattern (talk) 02:24, 1 January 2024 (CET)
