• Minthara
• Non-custom Origin avatars

None of the above have ever survived an Act 1 for me. I know from screenshots that Gale can turn into a God somehow but I don't know the path there, appreciate if someone can fill in the branching paths! --HarveyPekar (talk) 04:39, 6 December 2023 (CET)

From what I can see, Minthara has really only one ending, returning to Menzoberranzan. I'll see if I can find anything else, and update her page accordingly. Emeff (talk) 20:48, 17 January 2024 (CET)

Confront elder brain, become lich, kill youself

In the event your main character decides to become a lich, they will have the option after defeating the elder brain to kill themselves so that they will never have to feast on human brains.

If you kill yourself, your epilogue scene is much different. You are in the void with withers who you can speak with .
