Found 1 in Shar Temple Act 3 in the chest, being level 1 tactics difficulty (my current run solo tactics 1 level no explosives, no glitches). Maybe it is always there, because such elixir needs you to be higher level. 46.22.56.202 18:05, 21 August 2024 (CEST)Reply[reply]
