Anyone know why I can't use Explosive Icicle after I use Elemental Warp on the Water Myrmidon?!

Is there a rule I may not know about where if you use a BA before your Action, it removes some if not All other options for your leftover Action. Just had a seperate issue where Astarion used X2 shoves ( I have 2 BA's) to get a guy away for a shot, and once I did on the 2nd shove my action was gone😓 24.60.12.35 08:49, 21 February 2025 (CET)
