* Succumb to [[Ethel|Auntie Ethel’s]] will after you have put on a [[Whispering Mask]].

* Torture [[Liam]] in [[Shattered Sanctum]]

* Reveal the location of the [[Emerald Grove]] to [[Minthara]], either showing her or allowing her to read your thoughts. Breaks your Oath even if you plan on luring her there to defend the grove.

* Playing as [[The Dark Urge]], if you already have the [[Githyanki Egg]], kick it off the cliffside when talking to [[Lady Esther]]

* Allow [[Nere]] kill the enslaved deep gnomes after he is freed from the cave-in.

* Side with Nere against [[Brithvar|Elder Brithvar]] and duergar rebels.

* In [[Ebonlake Grotto]], side with [[Glut|Sovereign Glut]] and help it defeat [[Spaw|Sovereign Spaw]]

* Playing as [[The Dark Urge]], at the Bibberbang field throw [[Baelen|Baelen’s]] bag in the midst of spores.

* At the camp celebration with tieflings, try to stop [[Komira]] from killing [[Kagha]], if [[Arabella]] has died during her judgement (regardless of the roll result)

* Playing as [[The Dark Urge]], after killing [[Alfira]], choose to "admire this beautiful death".

* During the [[Punish the Wicked]] quest, order [[Madeline]] to stab herself and then stop her, saying that it was enough

* Attack [[He Who Was]] instead of judging Madeline (choose a corresponding dialog option)

* Playing as [[The Dark Urge]], crush [[Dolly Thrice]] after releasing her from the [[Moonlantern]]

* Prompt [[Mol]] to sign a contract with [[Raphael]] (praising her ambitiousness also breaks the Oath).

* Playing as [[The Dark Urge]], reveal your depravity to the [[Strange Ox]] (which causes you to stab it to death)

* On the first visit to the Moonrise, kill goblins on [[Z'rell|Disciple Z'rell]] orders

* Let [[Viconia DeVir]] live after defeating her in the [[Cloister of Sombre Embrace]]

* Refuse to help [[Allandra Grey]] with investigating and avenging [[Holli Dylford|Holli Dylford’s]] death.

* Let [[Churg Elvek]] and the crowd execute [[Volo]]

* In the [[House of Hope]] prison, use [[Basilisk Oil]] on any of the petrified debtors
