After the city returned to the Heartland surface, fear and distrust led to the exile of Elturel's [[Tiefling]] population. The tiefling refugees can be first encountered in the [[Druid Grove]] in [[Act 1]] and then throughout [[Act 2]] and [[Act 3]].
