Added interesting interaction that happens when you gift Helsik a bunch of gold during trade. Can see some limited use to break the stuff upstairs if you don't want to lockpick them, or you can have some fun Dimension Door-ing or Improvised Melee Weapon teleporting her around town for the extra damage in fights.
