Removed, "You have to summon Shovel in the apothecary cellar, otherwise she won't talk about Illyn and then won't call the other character spell-shite." as it's no longer true. In Patch 6 I've successfully scribed the spell in camp, summoned her, then had my Tav (respec'ed to Wizard) talk to her to gain the permanent ability to summer her.
