I fully agree, that's why the sentence is a simple and verifiable fact, which was established by Viconia herself in her dialogues. And a wiki shouldn't suffer from one's misunderstanding of a sentence and irrelevant interpretations based on it. Again, let's keep this discussion out of this thread, DM is welcomed.
