When I left my 3 companions in the Underdark with the Sussur blooms in storage in camp and took myself to Emerald Grove, when I came back to the Underdark I was then able to safely take the blooms back out of the camp chest. | - Your entire party must travel out of the Underdark; OR the character that travels out of the Underdark must visit camp while they are no longer in the Underdark.
