• When you hit a creature with an unarmed attack, you can regain 10hit points or choose to gain Advantage on Attack Rolls or Saving Throws before the end of your next turn.

Notes

• As soon as you either use the 10 HP heal or either of the two reactions granted by this condition, Grasp Essence is lost.
• Grasp Essence cannot be gained more than once per turn.
