Sharp-Eye Roo is a goblin stationed in the Goblin Camp during Act One.

Sharp-Eye Roo can be found in Dror Ragzlin's throne room in the Shattered Sanctum. As a member of his entourage, Roo joins Ragzlin in combat if a fight breaks out.
