Special

The wearer of this item gains:

  • Arcane Radiance: When the wearer deals spell damage while illuminated by a light source, they also inflict Radiating Orb upon the target.

  • Affected entity has -1 to Attack Rolls per remaining turn. It also sheds bright light in an area surrounding it.

Notes

  • The effect of this ring is triggered not only by Spells but also by Cantrip, even though the description doesn't specify it.
  • The Cantrip Light, which is a permanent light source, works fine with this ring.
  • A multi-target spell like Magic Missile or Scorching Ray can apply the effect numerous times.
  • Illuminating the targets and triggering several times, once for each projectile, it makes a perfect combination with the Callous Glow Ring.
