Hook Horror

Hook Horrors are a type of Monstrosity creature in Baldur's Gate 3. They dwell in the Underdark and can leap great distances, ravaging prone targets.

Attacks and abilities

 Hook ()

2d6 (2~12) + Strength or Dexterity modifier Piercing

Lash out at a target to push it back 2 m / 7 ft and possibly make it  Bleed.

 Melee: 1.5 m / 5  ft

 Pounce ()

Leap at a target, possibly knocking it  Prone.

STR Save

 Range: 18 m / 46 ft

Recharge: Per turn

 Multiattack ()

2d6 (2~12) + Strength modifier Piercing

Aim two attacks at a  Prone target and possibly make it  Bleed.

 Range: 3 m / 10 ft

 Echoes in the Dark ()

The creature cries out in alarm to alert its allies.
