Fist Helena is Gnome NPC who helps the party during Assault Moonrise Towers depending on players choices in act2.
Assault Moonrise Towers
If party didnt let Flaming Fist Marcus capture Isobel in Last Light Inn, she along with Fist Nipawa,Ulthred and Rhed will help the party against Absolute forces.
After the battle, if she manages to survive the fight, she and remaining fists will enter second fight against 3 Mistress of Souls and bunch of undead. The party can help her and fists and if they survive, they will continue guarding the prison until party defeats Ketheric Thorm.
