• Affected entity has 1d4 penalty to all^{[See: Bugs]} Saving throws and Attack rolls. When it is attacked, it takes an additional 1d4Thunder damage.

Honour mode

• Applies the additional Thunder damage to the user on every hit received as described. Outside of honour mode, the additional Thunder damage didn't appear to work.

Bugs

• The in-game tooltip specifies that Shriek applies the penalty to mental Saving throws but it actually applies to all saving throws and attack rolls.
