Ra'jak

From bg3.wiki

Ra'jak is a githyanki child who can be found in Act One. He is a member of a new githyanki generation hatched and raised in the Crèche Y'llek.

Involvement[edit | edit source]

Ra'jak and his friend Zel'i Zel'i are playing in the Crèche Infirmary. They are honing their Mage Hand Mage Hand skill, shoving locked Traveller’s Chest back and forth. When being hit, the chest emerges wailing sounds that can be heard far beyond the Infirmary.

If the player speaks to Ra'jak, this will initiate a dialogue with both kids, which (apart from those letting them continue their game) might lead to one of two outcomes: either Zel'i hits the player character with her Mage Hand, or both children run away to the right-central alcove of the Infirmary and chuckle, allowing the player to lockpick the chest ( DC 18 Sleight of Hand check) and face the consequences.

Should the player speaks with Ra'jak afterwards, he will mock them, happy with their ‘joke’.

If the player starts a fight with the characters in the Infirmary, Ra'jak and Zel'i will disappear from the Infirmary and cannot be found anywhere.
