Last Light Inn[edit | edit source]
Initially on a mission led by Florrick to rescue Duke Ravengard, Cyril and the rest of the Fists were waylaid by the dangers of the Shadow-Cursed Lands and found refuge with the Harpers at Last Light Inn. Cyril can initially be found within the inn, in the same room as several other Fists, and Art Cullagh.
If Florrick wasn't rescued from Waukeen's Rest in Act One, Cyril will never appear in the game.
Resolve the Abduction[edit | edit source]
When Marcus attacks the inn and attempts to kidnap Isobel during Resolve the Abduction, Cyril will not be affected by the condition and instead be , or will join the battle on his own without being affected by any conditions if the door to the room he is in is opened after the encounter starts. If the party fails to protect Isobel, he and everyone in Last Light Inn will turn into a , save for Jaheira.
After the battle is over, Cyril will take up position in front of the door to the Flaming Fists' room alongside Gretta. Speaking with him will have him disclose that he knew Marcus well and didn't expect his betrayal.[1] He also sorrowfully wonders if they could've helped Marcus and prevented him from joining the Cult of the Absolute.[2]
Leaving for Baldur's Gate[edit | edit source]
After a Long Rest, Cyril, along with Manip Vidor and Fist Thadwick will depart Last Light Inn and head to Baldur's Gate with Florrick in order to seek out reinforcements; particularly reinforcements in the form of automatons unaffected by the Shadow Curse, known as the Steel Watch.
Cyril is never seen again after this point. He is presumably killed or imprisoned upon his arrival in the city.[note 1]

Notes[edit | edit source]
- According to devnotes, Cyril is said to be an emotional elf that strives to be positive and to see the good in everything.[3]
- As of Patch 7, despite having Extra Attack, Cyril is not able to attack twice during his turns.
- He is, however, able to use the Trip Attack (Melee) action without the need for a Superiority Die.
