A trap is a hidden danger that can cause sudden unwanted conditions and/or damage. A vent that spews toxic gas or a Glyph of Warding: Lightning that zaps creatures that trip it are both examples of traps. The File:Perception Icon.webp Perception skill is used to detect traps and a File:Trap Disarm Toolkit Icon.webp Trap Disarm Toolkit along with the File:Sleight of Hand Icon.webp Sleight of Hand skill is used to disarm traps.
