These skulls are found in the upper floors of Lady Jannath's Estate. They cast Thunderwave when a player character is nearby, making them difficult to evade. The skulls see through Invisibility and similar effects.

Due to their Greater Toughness, they are difficult to destroy.
Strategy
The skulls are vulnerable to slashing, fire, and force damage.
A thrown Smokepowder Bomb will destroy a skull.
A sufficiently large melee hit can destroy a skull, though executing the attack without triggering Thunderwave can be difficult. One option is to have one character trigger the Thunderwave, then the other rushes in to attack.
Remove Curse will remove the Cursed Skull curse from the skull, preventing Thunderwave from being cast. This requires being within melee range of the skull, which can trigger Thunderwave.
