Adept Bel is a half-elven Adept of the Absolute that can be found in Moonrise Towers in Act Two. He is usually patrolling the area east of the towers, around the Docks.

If the party convinced Marls Marls to jump to his death, Bel reacts accordingly.

Defending Moonrise Towers

If the Aylin Nightsong is freed and the Harpers launch their assault on Moonrise Towers, Bel is killed during the subsequent battle. His corpse lies at the very beginning of the bridge leading into Moonrise Towers proper, surrounded by Holy Fire, at X: -155 Y: -103.
