Watchman Goodge is one of the Watchman in the Upper City who are trying to escape from Absolute Cultists to save his own life.

Goodge, Ebber, Fry and Gyordi can be convinced to join the fight (Courtyard Battle only), if passive DC 20 Insight check followed by a dialogue option with a DC 20 Persuasion, Intimidation or Deception check passed.
