Gameplay
- If Karlach or a custom barbarian is in the party, this enemy takes part in the "Atop the Netherbrain" combat encounter that occurs during the finale of Confront the Elder Brain. Additional criteria or trigger cases may exist but are not yet listed here.
- Notable abilities include:
- This enemy starts the fight with the condition Fire Shield: Chill applied.
- If attacked, this enemy will sometimes spend its Reaction to use Tadpole Charm on the attacking character (as the result of a passive ability this enemy possesses).
