Armour is a type of Equipment that provides bonuses to the characters' Armour Class (AC) and decrease chances of being hit by enemies.

Armour Proficiency

People who trained to fight while wearing armours can use them effectively in combat.

Wearing armour without proficiency will impose Disadvantage on every Ability Check, Saving Throw, Attack Roll, you also can not cast Spells.

Each class has proficiency with specific types of armour. Some classes such as Sorcerer and Wizard have no armour proficiency.

Types of Armour

There are three types of armour: Light Armour, Medium Armour, and Heavy Armour.
