Strangler Luke is one of the Bhaal assassins that ambush you on the way to the Bhaal temple in the Undercity Ruins. He is most likely a monk as he fights unarmed and will jump down off the wall to melee the party. If killed he drops the Bonespike Gloves. To obtain the loot, he must be killed and looted during the fight, as his corpse despawns when the fight ends.
