Wild Magic: Bolt of Light (Activate)

Wild Magic: Bolt of Light is a special  Wild Magic Barbarian action that is randomly used when you trigger a Wild Magic roll and can be reactivated for a  Bonus action on subsequent turns. It allows you to shoot a bolt of light from your chest that deals Radiant damage and has a chance to  Blind the target.
