Andrick is a novice of the Absolute. He is searching the Wilderness for survivors of the Nautiloid Wreck alongside his fellow believers Edowin and Brynna.

Involvement

Act One

Andrick is found in the Forest at X: 139 Y: 446 worrying over his brother, Edowin, who is dying from the wounds sustained from an owlbear attack. He is more trusting than her sister, Brynna, if the party should try to help.

Andrick has been tasked with looking for survivors of the Nautiloid Wreck. If revealing that the party members are those survivors, or otherwise reveal that they are not followers of the Absolute, he and his sister will turn aggressive. If passing Skill Checks involving Medicine or Illithid Persuasion then Andrick and his sister won't attack.

If not revealing their true allegiance, the siblings will ask the party what they should do next. They can be convinced to keep searching for the survivors, to leave for the Goblin Camp, or to seek out the owlbear that attacked them. Whatever the case, as long as the situation is resolved peacefully, the party is rewarded 70 Experience. Brynna can be a useful ally against the owlbear and if she survives can be told alongside Andrick to either continue their search for survivors of the Nautiloid or return to the Goblin Camp.

In the Goblin Camp, Andrick will greet the party and say he's still getting used to rubbing elbows with Goblins. He will turn hostile with the rest of the camp if attacking the leaders within the Shattered Sanctum or after the raid on the Emerald Grove.

Killing both Brynna and Andrick will award the Inspirational Event Reuniting Friends (Haunted One background).
