Civil Militia is a passive feature that grants Proficiency with  Spears,  Pikes,  Halberds,  Glaives,  Light armour, and  Shields.

Description

You have Weapon Proficiency with spears, pikes, halberds, and glaives, and Armour Proficiency with Light Armour and Shields.

How to learn

Races:

• Character level 1: Human, and Half-Elf

(Character level is the sum of all class levels for a multi-classed character.)
