House of Grief

House of Grief is a location in the Lower City of Baldur's Gate in Act Three. Beneath the House of Grief lies the Cloister of Sombre Embrace.

Area Information

Mirie is at the desk inside and will take the party through the locked double doors to the secret stairway down to the Cloister of Sombre Embrace. The Collections Lockbox behind her cannot be lockpicked; it can only be opened with the Lockbox Key owned by Mirie.
