How to learn

Classes:

• Class Level 1: Bard, Druid, and Nature Domain

• Class Level 2: Ranger, and Warlock

• Class Level 3: Oath of the Ancients, and Wildheart

Races:

• Character level 1: Forest Gnome

(Character level is the sum of all class levels for a multi-classed character.)

Notes

• Wildheart Barbarians can cast Speak with Animals once per Long Rest.
• Forest Gnomes can cast Speak with Animals at will.
• Warlocks who choose Beast Speech as one of their Eldritch Invocations can cast Speak with Animals at will.
• Also granted by the Feats:
  • Magic Initiate: Druid
  • Magic Initiate: Bard
