Lookout Grush is a Goblin Warrior in the Shattered Sanctum in Act One. He and Spike Torturer Spike torture Liam next to the Bloodied Shrine, at the Shattered Sanctum inside the Goblin Camp.

Involvement

When approached, a cutscene will play out where Spike is torturing Liam, and he asks the party if they will join him. The party can either join in on and/or take over the interrogation, force them to leave using their Illithid tadpole, or lie to him telling him they've been relieved.

If the party tortures Liam such that he reveals the Emerald Grove's location, he will then head to Minthara Minthara and inform her, after which she will prepare an assault. After informing Minthara, they will move to where Abdirak Abdirak is and loiter.

If they witness a party member undergo the pain ritual, Spike claims he needs to "see it again" and commands Grush to undergo the ritual as well. The party can humorously watch as Grush takes hit after hit, eventually succumbing and getting Knocked Out Knocked Out.
