Elegis is a Tiefling NPC in Baldur's Gate 3. She is one of the Tiefling Refugees hiding within the Druid Settlement at Silvanus' Grove.

Act One

She is found at the Druid Grove and is in charge of opening and closing the gate after Kanon's death.

Act Two

If she survives the events of Act One, her body can be found in the Shadow-Cursed Lands alongside a dead ox, away from the other tieflings who died in the cultist ambush. Passing a Perception check and reading her journal will reveal that the ox succumbed to the curse, killed her, and died.
