Inciting Howl is an action available to Wildheart Barbarians with the Rage: Wolf Heart bestial heart. This ability allows them to use their wolf-like anger to increase their allies' movement speed.
Description
Go into a Rage that makes you tough enough to stand up to any punishment.
You can use Unrelenting Ferocity, and have Resistance to all damage types except psychic damage.
Rage ends early if you haven't attacked a creature or taken damage since your last turn.
