Properties

Effect

Bonus action Consuming this potion causes the Broken Promises condition.

  • Strength is increased by 2 until the next Long Rest. Upon resting, Strength is indefinitely reduced by 1.
  • First stage of the potion can be removed by Remove Curse. Spell doesn't work when the second stage of the potion takes effect after resting.
  • Duration: Until Long rest followed by Duration: Indefinitely turns.
  • Does not stack with other Strength boasting potions such as Elixir of Hill Giant Strength.

Where to find

At the end of the Overgrown Tunnel in the Acrid Workshop. Set on a stone shelf alongside ten other dangerous potions made by Auntie Ethel.

Notes and Trivia

While having beneficial uses unlike the other potions Auntie Ethel has in her workshop, it is dangerous if not removed with Remove Curse before a Long Rest as there is no means to regain the lost strength.
