Night Blade Phylle is a human Night Blade found in the Undercity outside the Guildhall in Act Three.

Involvement

Kryss can be found alongside Blythe, Dogaletto, and Kryss attacking refugees. If the party has made a deal with Orin, they will not be immediately hostile.
