Tactics

While a lone enemy, the Bugbear Assassin can still prove dangerous at a low level. His Brute passive can stack up quite a lot of damage on a strike, making up for his average Strength. He'll also apply a Basic Poison onto his Morningstar, which through the use of his Tenacity passive will always have a chance apply the Poisoned Poisoned condition.

Catching the bugbear in the act will inflict Surprised Surprised upon him, giving the party a free round of actions.
