• Can be crafted via Alchemy by combining Salts of Cloud Giant Fingernails (procured from Cloud Giant Finger) and any Suspension
  • The earliest vendor to stock this ingredient is Derryth Bonecloak at the Myconid Colony (Underdark), starting at level 6. One can restock any vendor inventory by long resting or leveling up once (which can be done multiple times via respec). This means that one can get this powerful potion while still in act 1.
• Can be sold by any merchant that has the Elixir Table or Potion Table starting at level 9. As stock is semi-random, merchants may have anywhere from 0 to 2.
