Weakened Wisdom is a special passive feature gained when failing a particular saving throw while in the Zaith'isk. It decreases your wisdom by 2 permanently, until this feature is removed.

Description

Your Wisdom has been reduced by 2 by the Zaith'isk. The githyanki device failed to harm your illithid parasite - perhaps consuming more would mend your broken mind.
