Touch of the Storm is an Action that allows the following the to strike nearby enemies with lightning, causing them to be unable to use reactions. This is the Monk's equivalent of Shocking Grasp.
Description
The target cannot use reactions. This spell has Advantage on creatures with metal armour.
Properties
Condition: shocked
Duration: 1 turn
- Cannot take reactions and has Disadvantage on Ability Checks and Saving Throws using Dexterity.
