Phalar Aluve: Shriek is a Class Action granted by the Phalar Aluve. It is a variant of . The sword penalizes your enemies' Saving Throws, and causes you to deal extra
Thunder damage whenever you hit it with this weapon.
Description
The sword Shrieks. All enemies within 6 m / 20 ft of range have a
1d4 penalty to all[See Notes]
Saving throws. Affected creatures receive an extra 1d4
ThunderDRS damage.
The sword will stop shrieking if unequipped.
