Warrior Ch’guth is a githyanki warrior found in Act One. She is a member of a squad that is sent by Kith’rak Therezzyn to search the ‘weapon’ wanted by Inquisitor W’wargaz, at the very moment when the party approaches Captain’s Quarters.

Ch’guth is one of the characters in the Crèche that cannot be spoken with. As soon as the cutscene ends, she runs down the corridor towards the Trade Post and disappears.
