Githyanki ardents are a class-like archetype of githyanki NPC encountered in Crèche Y'llek. Mages that specialize in psionic combat, ardents are the purest githyanki spellcasters encountered in the game.
Combat
Attacks and abilities
Ardents wield a Githyanki Shortsword, though they will always prefer casting a cantrip over swinging their sword, unless forced by silence. Despite this reluctance for swordsmanship, they also benefit from an extra attack.
