Asharak is a Tiefling NPC in Baldur's Gate 3. He is one of the Tiefling Refugees hiding within The Hollow of Emerald Grove, acting as a trainer for the children.

Involvement

Act One

Asharak can first be encountered in the training area of The Hollow inside the Emerald Grove, training Ide, Gan and Umi to fight near Wyll. He will ask the player to inspire the children to fight, and his gratitude will depend on the player's words.

Should Zevlor die, he is one of his possible replacements.

If the player travels to Mountain Pass or Shadow-Cursed Lands before resolving Kagha's Rite of Thorns, the tieflings will be expelled from the Emerald Grove and Asharak's corpse can be found among the bodies of all the other refugees near the bridge to the Blighted Village.

Act Two

If Asharak survives the events at Emerald Grove, his body can be found in the Shadow-Cursed Lands X: -9 Y: 54 among the Tiefling refugees that did not make it to Last Light Inn.
