Justiciar's Scimitar is a very rare Scimitar weapon that can blind an opponent if the wielder strikes with Advantage. It also grants the Shadowsoaked Blow weapon action.

This light, curved blade is as unusual and unforgiving as the Darkness it strikes from.

The holder of this item gains:

Shadow-Blinding

If you attack with Advantage, you have a chance to  Blind your target.^{[See: Bugs]}

If you have proficiency, equip in main hand to gain:

Weakening Strike ()

Target an enemy's hands with a non-lethal attack and possibly inflict  Weak Grip.

Flourish ()

Feint an attack to possibly throw your opponent  Off Balance.

Special weapon actions

This weapon also grants the following:

Shadowsoaked Blow ()

Strike an enemy, adding your proficiency bonus to the damage. Moreover, if the attack hits, it deals an additional 1d6Psychic damage. This attack doesn't break concealment.

Where to find

• Gauntlet of Shar X: -713 Y: -732: Looted from Lyrthindor. Lyrthindor is involved in the quest Break Yurgir's Contract. He can be found at the foot of the large statue of Shar X: -713 Y: -732, though you must first speak with and follow the rats to this location in order to find him.

Notes

• As of Patch 4, the weapon does not have a proficiency classification, is not classified as a Scimitar, and does not require proficiency.
• Despite the tooltip not stating so, Shadow-Blinding applies ONLY to attacks made with the Justiciar's Scimitar itself.
